Blue Light Squad

The Blue Light Squad fanned out through the streets of Montreal, visiting all of the city's universities in order to sensitize the public to the effects of daily exposure to blue light.

The squad started the awareness campaign at McGill University, continuing its journey towards Concordia University and winding its way to the Université de Montréal (UdeM) and the Université du Québec à Montréal (UQAM).

The campaign spanned several days, with the squad meeting students, professors, and business professionals from some of Montreal’s most popular areas.

Blue light detector glasses were distributed and, with tablets as media support, the team was able to help demonstrate the strong LED high-energy visible light.
